　　The comb and hair dryer have five comb methods: pressing, pinching, picking, pulling, and pushing, which are the basic operations carried out by the hair dryer with the cooperation of the comb or hand. These basic operations are particularly suitable for straight hair. Sometimes several methods can be interchanged, and sometimes the two methods can be combined.

　　The function of pressing method is to flatten the hair, using two methods: comb pressing and palm pressing. This method is mainly used to trim the contour so that the edge tip does not rise.

　　(1) Technical comb pressing

　　When using a comb to comb your hair, insert the comb into your hair, press the back of the comb against your hair, and do not move the comb while blowing. The air outlet moves back and forth towards the back of the comb, allowing hot air to enter the hair through the back of the comb, and the hair is blown by the wind and comb. The pressure has flattened out.

　　(2) Palmar pressure

　　When pressing the palm of the hand, use the palm or a semi wet towel to press the edge of the hair. Blow the air between the palm and scalp with a gentle breeze. Blow, press the palm, and lower the hot air pressure that blows to the palm. Be careful not to burn the customer's scalp.

　　(3) Other methods

　　In order to blow the hair into a slightly curved shape, the hair is inserted diagonally into the hair, and the comb teeth are combed downwards along the scalp to tilt the hair tips inward. This method is called 'don't'. During operation, apply wrist force to slightly bend the hair, keep the comb still, and blow the blower diagonally back and forth towards the comb teeth, causing the hair tips to adhere to the scalp and show elasticity. This method is generally used for the small side of the head seam or the hair tip around the top contour. This method can also be used at vortices.

　　(4) Select

　　Picking refers to tilting the comb upwards, with the thumb and other four fingers sandwiched between the comb and placing it on the palm of the hand. A small part of the comb is used to pick up hair and pull it up, so that the hair will bend and then be sent out by the hair dryer. The wind heats the hair into a semicircle. The function of a pickaxe is to make the hair roots stand upright, dry, and curved, forming an elastic semi circular shape for the hair. The hair picking method is mainly used on the top and periphery of the head, suitable for soft and non bloating hair.

　　(5) Rafah

　　Rafa is also known as Tufa. When operating, the hair dryer and comb move simultaneously. Use the comb teeth to comb a bundle of hair diagonally and pull it back. The hair dryer moves with the comb, causing the hair to lie flat on the head. This method is mainly used for the contour and hair near the top at the back of the brain.
