　　The size of the base of the hair dryer plays an important role in the smooth operation of the fan, and there are six detailed production standards as follows:

　　1. The base should be widened by 200-250 millimeters compared to the machine base.

　　2. The base should be 150-200 millimeters above the ground level, and the full thickness of the base depends on the nature of the soil and its freezing depth. The masonry of the base should be built on hard soil, with a depth typically not less than 0.5 meters.

　　3. The protruding part of the base above the ground must be coated with cement and earthy red lead slurry to prevent concrete from being damaged by lubricating oil materials.

　　4. After placing the hair dryer on the base, it must be calibrated with a horizontal dimension. Shims are allowed under the base, but they must be firmly padded to prevent non contact between the base and the base.

　　5. When installing the connection between the inlet and outlet air ducts and the fan, the foundation bolts of the hair dryer should be tightened first, and then the inlet and outlet air duct bolts should be tightened. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the weight of the air duct from being loaded on the fan, causing deformation of the fan shell and causing friction.

　　6. The tolerance for concentricity between the motor and the transmission shaft is 0.1 millimeters.

　　When installing a hair dryer, ample space must be left around for future maintenance, and its width should not be less than 1.5 meters
